Initial commit: Manga Mass Downloader Chrome Extension
✨ Features:
- Multi-selection checkboxes on manga listings
- Batch download selected manga or all manga from page
- Optimized parallel downloading (20ms delays, 5 concurrent)
- Visual progress tracking
