2ccdf3a78c fix: Add build script and fix manifest 
- Add build-apk.sh for easy compilation
- Simplify AndroidManifest.xml
- Fix themes.xml to use basic Android themes
- Enable BuildConfig
- Add okhttp-dnsoverhttps dependency
