# Ralph Dry Run Validation
## Goal
Validate that the inbox daemon can convert a markdown task, process it in dry-run mode, and archive it as completed.
## Acceptance Criteria
- daemon exits cleanly
- a completed task pack is produced
- a run directory exists with SUMMARY.md
